Is this some kind of engine it is a filter screen in the sump plate. You may need to see a full flow oil filter of the letter of an engine to pull the engine completely apart. EMIL kit with a torque build on the oil filter
No, unless added after purchase.
This is to remove the round plate, clean, on the basis of the motor housing, and use it again.
